AlertSystems Ltd, Trowbridge BA14 (fully site-based) Hours: 25 per week Start date: Negotiable Key Responsibilities Produce customer invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently. Chase outstanding customer debt and maintain the Sales Ledger. Respond to customer queries professionally and in a timely manner. Generate customer statements. Carry out customer credit checks. Prepare month end customer reports. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required. Essential skills Minimum of 1 years experience working in a Sales Ledger role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong numerical and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy. Competent in using Microsoft Office. The Package Annual salary: £17,680. Hours: 25 per week, 08:30 -13.30 or 09:00
