Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation services. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum of older adult services.
