Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and apply best-practice interventions to maximize function, safety, and quality of life for older adults. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
