We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our EMEA Distribution Center in Veenendaal, Netherlands . In this role, you will manage the logistics order flow within the distribution center, working closely with operations colleagues and supervisors. This position reports to the Logistics Manager.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Create and prioritize daily shipments
• Distribute picking lists to warehouse operations, ensuring customer-specific packaging and shipping instructions are followed
• Arrange shipments to achieve cost-effective transportation within scheduled ship dates
• Monitor daily on-time performance of order flow against scheduled goods issue dates
• Act as a key communication link between Customer Service, Planning, and Warehouse Operations
• Review backlog reports and maintain updated status on overdue shipments
• Provide estimated weights and dimensions for freight planning

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, logistics, or warehouse environment
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Flexible, positive, and committed approach
• Commercially focused with strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
