Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of cybersecurity solutions and tools to address complex cyber threats
Conduct comprehensive assessments of code to uncover security vulnerabilities and map potential attack vectors
Collaborate with Software Development teams to integrate static and dynamic testing capabilities into their software pipelines
Design, implement, and integrate tools to automate the security assessments of software products
Develop the execution of fuzz testing protocols on embedded systems to unearth latent weaknesses and fortify defenses against potential exploits
Evaluate open‑source packages to identify vulnerabilities and maliciously implanted software
Provide guidance and expertise to team members on cybersecurity best practices and threat modeling techniques
Act as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity and software development, providing guidance across Lines of Business

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
Experience in software development, cybersecurity, or related field
Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
F-35 software development experience
Active Security Clearance
Desired Skills
4+ years of experience preferred
Embedded software development experience (C, C++, Rust, etc.)
Front‑end development experience (React, JavaScript, etc.)
Scripting/CI experience (Gitlab, Jenkins, Python, bash, etc.)
Containerization tool experience (Podman, k8s, etc.)
Database experience (SQL, Postgres, Microsoft SQL, etc.)
Experience with Linux OS and Windows OS
Understanding of secure coding principles, cryptographic protocols, and threat modeling techniques
Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies such as vulnerability scanners, penetration testing, and incident response
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability and proficiency in collaborating across diverse teams
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Proactive self‑starter with the ability to learn rapidly and work independently
Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level: TS/SCI.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite full‑time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from a standard 40-hour work week over five days while others may be condensed, providing additional time away from the office.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
