Leading the optimization of virtual visit platforms, the full-time Senior Epic Applications Analyst will manage the analysis, configuration, and implementation of Epic EHR applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analysis of workflows and system functionality to design and optimize complex Epic IT solutions Resolve advanced, cross-functional application-related issues, acting as a primary technical resource for assigned Epic modules Collaborate with teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective Epic system designs, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in Epic applications Epic certification is required Experience with Virtual Care and In Room Camera Integration Minimum of two years of experience in full lifecycle implementations
