L1 production support based on SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for job failure related incident tickets L2 production support for service request related tickets (Ingestion & Data Help) Responsible for meeting agreed SLA for incident tickets and service requests Identify chronically occurring failures/issues and work towards applying permanent fix for the same Identify and Implement the automation scope wherever possible Closely work with onshore and offshore contractors and get the work done Attend PI planning meetings Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge on entire SDLC process Solid experience in proactively identifying and mitigating the risks involved Team mentoring and conflict management
