Act as a trusted advisor to customer engineering and business stakeholders
Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for the Vantage team
Drive escalations by coordinating across engineering, product, and customer success
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years in a Sales or Solutions Engineering role at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vendors such as Datadog, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, or Kubernetes
Excellent communicator: written, verbal, and in live technical demos
Self-directed, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a bias for action

Pay & Benefits The estimated annual US compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000 plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and flexible time off. At this time Vantage is only set up to employ in the United States
