What you’ll do
Partner with Strategic Finance team to understand their analytics needs and deliver end‑to‑end data solutions, from data collection and modeling to analysis, insights generation, and executive‑level presentations.
Investigate fluctuations in key metrics, leveraging SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover root causes and actionable recommendations.
Lead efforts to consolidate metrics across multiple business lines into unified dashboards and reporting frameworks, enabling more effective decision‑making.
Conduct pricing and market analyses by combining internal operational data, benchmarking information, and external market research to develop pricing recommendations for facilities and business units.
Develop data models and analytical frameworks that support forecasting, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, clearly communicating complex analyses and business implications.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Business teams to solve complex business problems through data‑driven decision making.
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, revenue operations, or related analytical functions.
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting Finance teams is a plus, but not required.
High AI fluency: actively use AI tools in day‑to‑day work and bring a perspective on how AI can raise the bar for the team’s output and speed.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
This role is based in our San Francisco office. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change – we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. All of our office‑based teams work onsite, five days a week.
Base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
In addition to base salary, you may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance‑based bonus.
