Growing healthcare technology company with tremendous career growth potential Uncapped earning potential through monthly commissions Work directly with patients to help improve their recovery outcomes Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends Blend of healthcare, customer service, and sales in a rewarding environment In this role, you'll: Connect with patients who have been prescribed an innovative rehabilitation device Educate patients on the benefits of treatment and guide them through the onboarding process Assist with insurance, billing, and scheduling questions Build rapport and help patients feel comfortable and confident with their care plan Collaborate with clinical, logistics, billing, and customer service teams Manage outbound and follow-up calls to support patient engagement and treatment success We're looking for candidates with: 2+ years of sales experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience working in a metrics-driven environment Confidence speaking with patients over the phone CRM, EMR, or healthcare experience is a plus Medical terminology or insurance knowledge is a plus If you're motivated by helping people, enjoy building relationships, and want a career where your effort directly impacts both patient outcomes and your paycheck, we'd love to connect!
