Full‑Cycle Sales Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long‑Term Care sectors. Territory Development Develop and expand the territory to achieve sales goals and increase market share. Relationship Management Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors, share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone. Qualifications 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long‑term care and skilled nursing. Deep SNF fluency—you understand how facilities operate and how decisions are made. Unwavering integrity—your word is your brand. Comfort with a road‑warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week). Bachelor’s Degree required.
