LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this role, you will deliver resident-centered nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor chronic conditions for adults and seniors in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellbeing, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and promote safety and dignity for underserved residents.
