The Role This is an exciting opportunity to be embedded within a high-volume, structured recruitment programme on behalf of a major client based in North Dublin.

You will work as an integral part of the ACCPRO Managed Services delivery team, managing end-to-end recruitment across a defined set of roles, working closely with hiring managers on site and reporting back into the ACCPRO team.
Please note: the client site is located in North Dublin and is not well served by public transport.
Candidates must have access to their own transport.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles on the client account -from briefing and sourcing through to offer , compliance and onboarding Build and maintain strong working relationships with client hiring managers during on-site days Source candidates through a combination of direct headhunting, job advertising, and existing networks Screen, interview, and assess candidates to a high standard, presenting well-qualified shortlists to the client Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting in line with ACCPRO and client systems Collaborate with the wider ACCPRO team to share market intelligence, best practice, and candidate pipelines Identify and act on process improvements to enhance delivery speed and quality Meet agreed performance targets and service level commitments for the account What We're Looking For Experience Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience, gained in an agency or in-house environment Demonstrable track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, target-driven setting Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously across varying levels of seniority Skills & Attributes Self-starter
