In 2024 the company had a reported turnover of €133 million About Your New Job As the Site Manager,youwill oversee the daily management of either a large construction site or multiple smaller sites, implementing company processes and procedures.
Youwill ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
Youwill coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and team members, lead and motivate teams, and take responsibility for the overall management of one or more sites.
For complex or multi-sectional projects,youwill either work as part of a broader on-site team or act as the senior leader in charge.
Youwill proactively address on-site challenges, resolve issues, and adapt to changing project scope and conditions.
What Skills You Need Relevant third-level education or trade qualifications.
Ideally 5+ years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Skills in planning, organising, and executing projects within scope, time, and budget.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
Experience implementing Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
