Principal Accountabilities
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Must be able to work at heights 40 ft or more
- Must be able to work in a cold environment (34 to - 20 degrees F)
- Operate yard mule
- Backing up 53ft trailers and moving them to the parking
- Operate a high rise 537 lift
Required Qualificiations
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Poses valid drivers license
- Ability to operate a forklift or obtain and maintain certification
- Strong experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
- Ability to resolve complex inventory or shipment issues
- Ability to guide or support less experienced team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory reconciliation or reporting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes or workflows
- Informal leadership or training experience
- Work history in the last 12 months
