• Call: 24-hour beeper; response time 20 minutes

• Support Staff: RN (3), MA (5), PA/NP (1), Office Staff (4)

  • phone consults
  • average callback 4-5 hours daily

Requirements

• Board Certified in Urology
• Licensed in Washington or IMLC
• BLS, DEA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Urology Surgical Skills Required
