Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Urologist you will; Establish and lead a foundational Urology Practice (MD/DO) in Williston, North Dakota, serving a vast and underserved population. This unique opportunity allows you to be the primary Urology Specialist for the community, designing a practice that reflects your vision for innovative surgical solutions and comprehensive long-term care in Men's and Women's Health . We are offering a generous base salary, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance, in addition to additional performance and production incentives who meet the eligibility requirements.
Opportunity information:
  • Must be board certified or board eligible in Urology
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted North Dakota medical license

Job Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Urology
  • Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in Urology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families

Situated at the confluence of the Yellowstone and Missouri Rivers, Williston, North Dakota, covers 23 square miles and is the county seat of Williams County. Located just 60 miles from the Canadian border and 18 miles from the Montana border, Williston is commonly referred to as the "Western Star" and takes pride in its western heritage.
