Dental Assistant

Duties for our Dental Assistant (DA) Include:

• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Take any necessary x-rays for the DDS
• Work as a team with other assistants, front desk team and hygiene team
• Keep treatment rooms cleaned and stocked
• Maintain procedure tubs and other materials used for procedures
