The Job: Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, based in Bristol, this is a hands-on, front line role combining Sales, Technical Support and relationship management
collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing solutions that align with their operational and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long term customer relationships
deal promptly with incoming enquiries, assess customer needs and work closely with clients offering pre and post-sale technical guidance, application support and the development of competitive quotations that deliver profitable solutions and solid conversion rates.
