Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial operations for a residential treatment facility and outpatient family psychiatric practice. This executive role will drive financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable growth while advancing high-quality behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Oversee revenue cycle management, billing, and collections
• Monitor reimbursement across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial standards
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
• Manage audits, cash flow, and internal controls
• Lead and develop finance and billing teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of financial leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
• Preferred: CPA, MBA, and behavioral health experience
