Cryptocurrency Retail Sales Representative

Chicago Area Multiple Openings: North Side, West Side, South Side

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about cryptocurrency to educate members of the local community on cryptocurrency and sell cryptocurrency over the counter (OTC) to customers interested in purchasing cryptocurrency with cash.

• Assist customers with questions about various cryptocurrencies
• Assist customers with the creation of new cryptocurrency wallets
• Ensure customers understand the process of receiving cryptocurrency in their wallets, and how to use the cryptocurrency wallet
• Educate customers and the community about the value of cryptocurrency, and the different tokens that are offered
• Manage all paperwork including scanning and filing of customer's ID
• Handle cash securely
• Execute cryptocurrency purchases using OTC software
• Send cryptocurrency to the customer's cryptocurrency wallet

• Experience buying and selling cryptocurrency
• Experience using cryptocurrency wallets
• Good relations, and being a trusted person within your local community

• Retail sales experience
• Experience working for a check cashing, or other money services business
