Cher-Make, part of the Lakeside Foods family, is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll oversee production, warehousing, inventory, equipment performance, and team leadership to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation. Lead daily operations for production, warehousing, inventory, and equipment performance. Supervise operations personnel, including supervisors and hourly employees. Maintain strong communication across teams, promoting engagement and alignment. Partner with sales, distribution, finance, QA, HR, and other departments. Monitor KPIs to ensure targets for safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved. Oversee maintenance and proper use of machinery, equipment, and materials. Ensure accurate production and shipping records. Provide recommendations for capital improvements. Support safety programs, audits, and corrective actions. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and labor planning. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Bachelor's degree in operations, business, engineering, or related field preferred. Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Strong understanding of production workflows and equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfort working with data, metrics, and operational reporting. Commitment to fostering safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
