Responsibilities
ADP program workforce management: re-assignments/placements, recruitment, selection of new employees, and terminations.
Personnel management: training, mentoring, career development, performance compensation, and promotions.
Collaborate with ADP programs, Aeronautics Programs, other business units, and industry to support communications across all levels.
Support pursuit and management of internal and customer‑sponsored technology roadmaps.
Interface with LM Aero, other business units, external customers, and suppliers to develop new technologies and transition them into LM Aero programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, integration/testing, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Experience in project management and Agile team management.
Technical leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams in multiple locations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience defining, tracking tasks, schedules, and budgets.
Experience working within multiple Integrated Product Teams in a program.
Knowledge of avionics communication, navigation, autopilot, air data, processing, and display subsystems.
Experience with Avionics architecture involving Mil‑Std‑1553 and Ethernet interfaces.
Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Must be a US citizen and possess an active DoD Secret clearance to start with potential to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
Experience with Avionics hardware and software development.
Leadership experience working with or for senior level Department of Defense personnel.
Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters with senior leaders.
Experience leading suppliers through the development process.
Ability to manage, coach, train, and motivate teams.
General knowledge of C/C++.
Security Clearance Position requires a government security clearance. Applicants must be US citizens and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Current clearance: active DoD Secret clearance with potential to obtain Top Secret clearance.
