Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Job Description Recruiters at Whitridge Associates play a crucial role in identifying and interviewing top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through channels such as our internal database and job boards
Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our client‑specific jobs
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and active contractors to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborating with team members to match candidates with appropriate job opportunities
Assisting in the coordination of interviews and other recruitment‑related activities
Providing administrative support as needed, including maintaining candidate databases and managing recruitment documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
Motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude, competitive drive, and eagerness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or related fields is a plus—but not required
NOTE: This is a commission‑based role that includes a base salary and other bonus opportunities.
