Partnering closely with the Sales organization, the full-time remote Technical Sales Engineer will evaluate customer needs, deliver technical expertise, and lead product demonstrations to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences. Key responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and technical requirements throughout the sales cycle Deliver customized product demonstrations and develop proof-of-concept environments aligned with customer use cases Create and maintain technical sales materials while providing training and insights to Sales teams on product capabilities
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or related customer-facing technical role Experience with SaaS, hosting, cloud, web services, or technology solutions Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
