Position Overview Operating at the intersection of business strategy, data architecture and program delivery, the Senior Data Solutions Architect ensures that data platforms, data products and integration patterns align with the bank’s long‑term data strategy while supporting critical initiatives such as data modernization and enterprise digital transformation.
This role will work closely with program managers, data architects, enterprise solution architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders and governance functions.
What You’ll Do
Solution Architecture for Data Initiatives: Designing end‑to‑end solutions that enable data ingestion, processing, integration, and consumption across enterprise platforms
Translate business and data requirements into implementable data solution designs across system platforms and engineering teams
Collaborate with Data Architecture and Governance: Partner with data architects to ensure solution implementations adhere to enterprise data models, governance policies, and standards
Ensure solution design incorporates data lineage, metadata, and quality controls defined by data governance teams
Data Strategy Execution: Communicate solution architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and program leadership to translate requirements into practical solutions
Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA in IT management
10+ years in solution architecture, systems architecture, or large‑scale technology delivery
Prior experience in large banking or financial services
Technical skills: cloud platforms, architecture & design; database & security, development background
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholder needs

Compensation The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000.00 - $158,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
