Work out of our office in Novi, MI
Report to the Manager of the office
Work directly with the Manager in developing new business
Identify, qualify, and recruit target candidates for our clients
Qualifications
Sales background is ideal but not required
Entry level sales experience desired
Passionate about achieving objectives
Strong, candid communication skills
Empathy toward candidates and clients
Solutions-based problem‑solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Enjoys empowerment and wants to take charge
Receptive to training and continuous improvement
Highly motivated by earnings potential and willing to exert a great effort
