Duration: Long Term Required skills: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar roles 4 years of experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field 4 years of experience in relying on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals 4 years of experience where a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required 4 years of a Bachelor's degree with major coursework in computer science, management information systems or related field 4 years of experience working under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment Preferred skills: 5 years of project management experience 1 year of experience managing or providing direction to system developers and business analysts 1 year of experience working with diverse groups of people with varying technical knowledge 1 year of knowledge of best practices in system transitions
