Job Description

Main Mission:

You contribute to the development of the portfolios of subscriptions for large and medium BtoB accounts of the Digital & Publishing branch of Europa Group, from the identification of prospects to their conversion and loyalty.

Your objective: accelerate the growth of turnover and sustainably structure the client portfolio, prioritizing medium-sized accounts (groups, cooperatives, clinics, hospitals).

You work on verticals with high potentialpharmacy (with a major strategic issue around the brand Bien-tre & Sant), veterinary, dental, and specialty medicine, the latter also representing a key issue, especially in the development of hospital accounts.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Director of Subscriptions and Customer Service, you act both as a commercial developer for large/medium accounts and a strategic partner. In this role, you take charge of:

- Commercial Development On-Field

o Building on existing resources and structuring a qualified prospecting pool;

o Deploying the BtoB commercial strategy in the short and long term;

o Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing market opportunities (market sizing, sectoral targeting) ;

o Implementing and activating prospecting levers, mainly outbound;

o Managing the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

- Customer Relationship & Loyalty (in liaison with customer service)

o Ensuring a continuous relationship with prospects and customers;

o Understanding needs and proposing adapted solutions;

o Developing the portfolio through upsell actions;

o Guaranteeing a quality customer experience in the long term.

- Administrative Management & Reporting

o Developing commercial proposals in line with the group's policy;

o Providing regular activity follow-up through structured reporting.

Profile Sought

You have at least 3 to 5 years of commercial experience, with a strong BtoB orientation and complete mastery of the sales cycle. Knowledge of the media and health sectors is an added advantage.

Driven by commercial development and the conquest of new markets, you are oriented towards the field, results, and know how to structure your activity with rigor. Your organizational skills, analytical capacity, and relational skills allow you to collaborate effectively across different teams, develop strong relationships, and manage your portfolio with performance.

Full-time permanent position available as soon as possible in Paris 16e.
