We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of our loyalty execution platform. This role sits at the intersection of product management, customer loyalty strategy, artificial intelligence, client engagement, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our loyalty technology roadmap by capturing market insights, understanding client and prospect needs, and translating those inputs into innovative product capabilities that deliver measurable value. This individual will identify emerging trends in customer loyalty and engagement. They will anticipate future market needs and help define AI's role throughout the loyalty experience. The goal is to build more personalized, relevant, and effective customer interactions. The successful candidate combines deep loyalty marketing expertise with a strong background in SaaS product development and execution.
