Enterprise Application Manager

Opening for a seasoned CRM platform leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and operational excellence. This role puts you in charge of engineering teams, platform stability, and continuous delivery across a large-scale CRM environment (Salesforce). Responsibilities:

• Leading Agile engineering teams through development, delivery, and day-to-day operations
• Keeping enterprise CRM platforms healthy, scalable, and evolving with business needs
• Managing production support at an enterprise level incidents, recovery, and long-term fixes
• Connecting technical strategy with business priorities and presenting progress to leadership

Requirements:

• 10+ years in engineering leadership within large organizations
• Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Salesforce development
• DevOps, CI/CD
• Hands-on CRM platform experience from both a build and operations standpoint
• Solid grasp of modern delivery practices and integration architecture
• Cool-headed under pressure with strong executive communication skills

Helpful but not required:

• Platform certifications across technical and functional tracks
• Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent workflows within service platforms
