Scrum Master position having 8 to 10 years of experience. Lead Scrum ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, Sprint Demo, Backlog Refinements and sprint retrospectives. Guiding the team in following Agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As part of stakeholder collaboration work with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
