What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are:
Compassionate, dependable, and patient Positive, professional, and trustworthy Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable assisting with personal care and household tasks Able to work independently while following a personalized care plan Passionate about serving seniors and individuals with disabilities
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Ability to successfully complete a competency evaluation
Preferred Qualifications
CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred Six months or more of caregiving experience preferred Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, or healthcare settings is a plus
