General CV/Thoracic Surgery - Open & Endoscopic Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (On Pump & Off Pump) Congenital Defects (ASD, VSD, PFO, etc.) Valvular Repair & Replacement Aneurysm Repair - Cardiac & Aorto-Thoracic Lung Resection (including VATs) Chest Wall or Pleural Procedures Esophagus and Diaphragm Surgeries Permanent Pacemaker Placement AICD (Automatic Internal Cardiac Defibrillator) Left Ventricular Assist Devices TAVR CABG Vent Management Bronchoscopy Evaluation & Management of Acute Vol/BP Issues Insertion of Central Line Insertion of Arterial Line Insertion of PA Catheter Insertion of IABP General Vascular Surgery - Open
