BC/BE - Family Medicine This is an outpatient-only family medicine position in a beautiful small town setting. The position offers exceptional work-life balance with a low call rotation (1 in 13) that includes patients from both the clinic and a local nursing home. There is no hospital call or OB required. Job Details: Patient-centered family medicine practice in a small town environment Low call model with 1:13 rotation (primarily as backup for nursing home) No hospital call required No OB responsibilities Collaborative practice with 3 Family Practice Physicians and 5.8 Family Nurse Practitioners EPIC EMR system Service area population of approximately 15,000 Less than two hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, Eau Claire, WI, and Duluth, MN Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
