Position Details:
Title: BAS Applications Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO (Earth City area)
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Schedule: Flexible start window (7 AM – 9 AM)
Travel: Occasional local site visits

Their client portfolio spans commercial, municipal, military, healthcare, education, entertainment, and senior living facilities.
Responsibilities:
Design and engineer BAS systems for both new construction and retrofit projects.
Review HVAC drawings, mechanical specifications, and sequences of operation.
Prepare detailed submittals including control diagrams, schematics, equipment selections, valve and damper schedules, and programming logic.
Provide technical support, engineering documentation, and product research.
Assist with BAS integration and ensure all work aligns with design intent and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consulting engineers throughout the design process.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while monitoring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience as a BAS Applications Engineer or in a related BAS engineering role.
Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and control system design.
Hands‑on background with BAS platforms such as Distech, Trane, or Honeywell.
Skilled in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
