Group Financial Controller Location: Dundalk (Onsite 4 days per week one day from home) Reports to: Finance Director Salary: 100-120K + benefits Overview A senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations across multiple business units and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities Financial Operations Lead daily finance operations, including general ledger, AP, and treasury Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Oversee balance sheet integrity and reconciliations Manage financial consolidation across multiple entities Monitor cash flow and optimise working capital Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions Maintain strong financial controls and risk management processes Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion Business Partnering & Reporting Provide financial analysis and insights to support senior decision-making Prepare management reports, including performance and KPI analysis Partner with business units to drive profitability and efficiency Team Leadership Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments Candidate Profile Experience Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager Strong background in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environments Experience in regulated industries xyswxtq preferred Qualifications & Skills Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong technical expertise in reporting, tax, and audit Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP Experience with ERP systems (e.g.
