Reporting to the CEO the CFO will provide strategic financial leadership while overseeing all aspects of financial performance, governance, reporting, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function and overall financial strategy.
Deliver budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
Support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
Manage cash flow, financial controls, risk, and compliance.
Lead audit processes and key external stakeholder relationships.
Develop and mentor the finance team.
Candidate Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
Proven senior finance leadership experience at CFO, Finance Director, or similar level.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen.
Experience in financial planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
