Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Last scheduled appointment typically at 4:30 PM
Operating Room Schedule: OR days may begin as early as 7:00 AM depending on block time
Call: No call required
Clinical Details & Responsibilities Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital
Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
Hospital Information: 25-bed facility Level III Trauma Center
Responsibilities Include: Outpatient Urology consultations and management Surgical procedures Hospital rounding during scheduled workdays Minimal inpatient admissions Collaborative patient care with hospital staff
Technology and Equipment: Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system Dedicated Urology clinic space
Support & Technology EMR Systems: Athena Meditech
Additional Support: Facility-provided lodging available during scheduled assignments when available Hospital and clinic support staff Established surgical and clinical infrastructure
Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology - RequiredSuccessful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Urology residency/fellowship (or equivalent foreign training) - RequiredActive Michigan Medical License - RequiredIMLC AcceptedMichigan Controlled Substance License (MI CDS) - RequiredMichigan DEA Registration - RequiredACLS Certification - Required Certification accepted through: American Board of Urology American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery
