QA/QC Manager (Owner's Representative) - Data Center ConstructionMinimum Qualifications5-10+ years of construction experience5+ years of quality-related management experience, including plan development, training, implementation, and continuous improvementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeStrong written and oral communication skills to exchange informationKnowledgeable of departmental processes & policies, and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.Exercise considerable judgment and initiative, manage time effectively, and interact positively with staff and contractors in order to enhance effectiveness and to promote quality service.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Procore and PowerBICertifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) such as CMQ/OE, CQIA, CQPA, CQE, and/or CQAExperience delivering mission‑critical data center facilitiesFamiliarity with MEP tradesEngineering Degree or Related ExperienceTasks and ResponsibilitiesLead quality assurance programs across one or more construction projectsTrain and manage project‑specific quality personnelProvide quality training to internal teams, trade partners, and vendorsMonitor and recommend continuous improvement opportunitiesCommunicate project updates to the Development Quality Team bi‑weeklyLead or participate in project quality meetingsMonitor inspection and testing requirements and resultsConduct weekly jobsite walks with the General ContractorReview Quality Observation Reports and ensure corrective actions are takenCommunicate and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead or participate in root cause analyses for nonconformance issuesCollaborate with MEP teams during commissioning to identify improvement opportunitiesParticipate in vendor/supplier factory tests, inspections, and auditsServe as liaison with key stakeholders and represent quality interests in OAC meetingsManage the Punch List Process with onsite team and perform weekly (or bi‑weekly) status meetings with subs to resolve open itemsPhysically confirm that all punch list items are corrected on the fieldPerform site walkthroughs at least 2 times a day and add any QC observations in the Cx Alloy issues toolPromote a culture of integrity and open communicationActively contributes to internal quality improvement initiativesBenefits OfferedMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement plan with 4% KALCON match when an employee contributes at least 5
