Responsibilities & Duties
Monitor and evaluate the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery processes to identify areas of improvement Develop, implement, and maintain thorough quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and administrators, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Conduct comprehensive audits on medical records, patient charts, and healthcare documentation to assess accuracy and adherence to protocols Analyze data and compile reports on quality indicators, trends, and performance metrics to identify potential areas for enhancement Assist in the investigation of complaints, incidents, and adverse events, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Provide education and training to healthcare staff on quality improvement processes and methodologies Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and committees focused on quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and advancements in quality assurance practices to promote continuous improvement Mon - Fri
