About Your New Job As the Associate Quality Manager,youwill: Supervise the Quality Engineering & Technician team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Lead efforts to reduce manufacturing process defects, oversee root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Act as a strategic partner in production area planning and support process development and introduction of new products.
Coordinate technical investigations on non-conforming events, internal and external complaints, and drive preventive quality initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support development and review of Process Qualifications, Test Method Validations, and process capability studies.
Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders regarding technical updates.
What Skills You Need Level 8 Honours degree in Engineering, Quality, or Science.
Minimum 5 years experience in a Medical Device or related industry.
Proven leadership and communication skills with a strong commitment to quality at source.
Strong project management skills with successful track record of meeting quality, time, and cost targets.
Experience/training in problem solving and process improvement methodologies.
