This is a broad role and the key responsibilities will include; Scheduling and coordinating of 6-8 vehicles and approx 40 deliveries daily Order management and telemetry monitoring.
Preparing daily delivery schedules to meet customer expectations while optimising route efficiency First point of contact for customer and driver delivery queries Deliver excellent customer service through communication and operational proficiency Experience, Skills & Education; Minimum 3 years of domestic multidrop planning experience.
Highly organised and responsible individual who goes the extra mile Proficient in Excel, telemetry and IT systems Excellent communication skills. xyswxtq
Team player with a positive attitude, flexible approach, an ability to work on their own initiative Familiar with road transport legislation Some education with transport & logistics would be an advantage.
