You will be a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders, working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted Employee Relations advisor, providing practical guidance and support to managers and stakeholders on a wide range of people matters Support complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management and capability matters Support industrial relations activities, including employee engagement, negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation Ensure all employee relations activity is handled fairly, consistently and in line with Irish and EU employment legislation Support the development of positive employee relations and a respectful, people-centred workplace culture Advise on best practice approaches to employee engagement, conduct and performance issues Maintain accurate documentation and case records, ensuring a high standard of attention to detail Balance multiple cases and priorities effectively within a fast-paced, multi-site environment Level of Experience Required Third-level qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent) CIPD qualification (Member level or equivalent) Minimum of 2 years experience in an Employee Relations-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced and/or multi-site organisation Strong and current knowledge of Irish and EU employment xyswxtq law Proven experience managing industrial relations matters, including negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution Solid grounding in core HR practices, particularly performance management and employee engagement Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work to tight deadlines and make sound, balanced decisions Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels If you have strong employment law experience or have interest in it, and like to work with various ER cases, send your CV to to be considered.
