This strategic role combines operational governance, executive support, stakeholder engagement and people management responsibilities, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of governance structures, strengthening organisational oversight, enhancing compliance and operational effectiveness, and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives.
Governance & Organisational Oversight Lead and coordinate governance activities across the organisation and associated entities.
Manage committee and board processes, including agenda planning and meeting coordination.
Review and quality assure board and committee papers.
Maintain governance records, action logs and forward planners.
Prepare meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
Liaise with auditors, advisers and key stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements to governance processes and compliance frameworks.
Operational Delivery Prepare committee and board documentation.
Support reporting cycles and organisational planning activities.
Manage operational trackers and reporting tools.
Produce management reports and presentations aligned to business requirements.
Executive Support Provide high-level support to a senior executive within the Finance, Operations and People function.
Manage complex diaries, correspondence and priorities.
Prepare reports, presentations and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate meetings and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
Stakeholder Management Build effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Support cross-functional collaboration and organisational initiatives.
People & Culture Support Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
Support performance management and employee relations activities.
Contribute to the development of an inclusive, engaged and high-performing culture.
Candidate Profile Minimum three years' experience in operations, governance, executive support, business partnering or human resources.
Strong understanding of governance, compliance and organisational processes.
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working within a regulated or professional services environment.
Knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management or corporate compliance.
Exposure to financial reporting or regulatory reporting processes.
