Transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Quality Data Analyst will develop reports and dashboards to support clinical and operational decision-making in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and actionable insights Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver reporting solutions based on business needs
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, informatics, or related field Strong SQL expertise including database design, querying, and data manipulation Proficiency in business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects) Experience working with clinical data and healthcare systems preferred
