Human Resources Manager (Maternity Cover FTC to December 2027) Location: Dublin 2 , 4 days onsite 1 day wfh Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover) start date August/September 2026 until December 2027 We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our Dublin office on a fixed-term maternity cover contract through to December 2027.

This is a standalone HR role with no direct people management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Dublin Managing Director and collaborate with global HR teams to deliver a people-focused HR strategy.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employees, driving engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation, and delivering exceptional HR operational support.
The Opportunity As the Human Resources Manager for the Dublin office, you will be responsible for leading all local HR activities while partnering with global HR Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partners.
You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, helping to foster a positive workplace culture and ensuring the effective delivery of HR programmes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
Partner with HR shared services teams to support employee queries relating to benefits, annual leave, pensions, health insurance and other employment matters.
Support the delivery of global HR initiatives and projects within the Dublin office.
Ensure employee records are maintained accurately within the HRIS system (Workday) Employee Relations & Compliance Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with Irish employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Promote the consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related matters, escalating issues where appropriate.
Performance & Talent Development Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and feedback cycles.
Partner with managers to identify employee development opportunities and succession planning needs.
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support training initiatives and professional growth programmes.
Talent Acquisition Support recruitment activities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
Participate in interviews and hiring processes as required.
Contribute to initiatives that attract and retain high-performing talent.
Payroll & Benefits Work closely with internal payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll processing for the Dublin office.
Partner with benefits specialists to coordinate employee enrolment and offboarding from pension, healthcare and protection programmes.
Employee Engagement & Culture Work alongside the Dublin Managing Director and leadership team to support employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives.
Assist with the local delivery of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programmes.
Support the communication and implementation of employee survey outcomes and action plans.
Help create an inclusive, collaborative and positive employee experience.
HR Reporting & Analytics Monitor and analyse HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism and attendance trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Track and report on office attendance and workforce trends.
About You You will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating in a hands-on, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience.
Skills & Experience Proven progressive experience within a Human Resources role.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting business leaders.
HR qualification (or working towards one) would be advantageous.
Experience using HRIS platforms, ideally Workday.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
A collaborative mindset and passion for creating positive employee experiences.
