Clare Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role I am recruiting on behalf of a logistics client who are seeking a Customer Experience Executive to join their team in Shannon.
The successful candidate will manage customer enquiries, communicate effectively with management and stakeholders, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with internal teams and management to ensure issues are addressed effectively.
Prepare and send email updates and communications to management and stakeholders.
Track the progress of customer requests and provide regular updates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and service delivery.
Support company policies and procedures.
Assist with reporting on customer trends and performance.
Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Skills and Experience Essential Requirements Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role.
Experience within the logistics industry is desireable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and solution-focused approach.
Desirable Skills and Experience Experience using Power BI for reporting or data analysis.
Knowledge of document compliance processes and record management.
Experience preparing reports for management.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
