This Learning and Development Manager role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in learning and development, training, education, programme management, stakeholder engagement, project management, communications, relationship management, education outreach and public engagement.
Working across a range of learning and development initiatives, you will design and deliver training programmes, manage education projects, build partnerships, coordinate events, oversee funded programmes and reporting, and drive the continued growth of learning and development activities.
Salary from €45,000.
Hybrid working.
Location: Dublin 2/Hybrid Contract: Permanent Salary: From €45,000 Key responsibilities Lead and deliver learning and development, education and outreach programmes.
Design and develop learning resources, training materials and educational content.
Manage education projects, budgets, reporting and programme evaluation.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, government departments and external stakeholders.
Coordinate workshops, presentations, conferences and public engagement events.
Prepare reports, funding updates and programme performance metrics.
Support strategic planning and identify opportunities for programme growth.
Represent the organisation at meetings, events and stakeholder forums.
Manage programme staff and support their ongoing development.
What you'll need to succeed Relevant third-level qualification in Learning and Development, Education, Training, Human Resources, Business, Public Policy, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
Previous experience in learning and development, education, programme management or project management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing funded projects, budgets and reporting.
Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office, Canva, WordPress or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Confident presenter with excellent facilitation skills.
