We are seeking a Process Engineer to join a high-volume, fully automated production environment.
This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, improving processes at scale, and working at the intersection of engineering, quality, and innovation.
You will play a key role in optimising production performance, driving continuous improvement, and delivering robust, scalable manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities Own and optimise manufacturing processes within a high-speed automated environment Design and develop equipment, tooling, and fixtures, with a focus on scalability and innovation Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes Identify improvement opportunities and drive Lean / Six Sigma projects end-to-end Support non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA investigations Partner with equipment suppliers and vendors on design and implementation Lead engineering projects related to product and process development Collaborate with R&D to ensure Design for Manufacture (DfM) on new products Support operations by troubleshooting and improving process performance Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering 3+ years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharma, or similar) Strong track record in process optimisation and Design of Experiments (DoE) Experience working with automated, high-speed production systems Exposure to Vision Systems (e.g.
